DIETARY ANALYSIS SERVICE AGREEMENT

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the Dietary Analysis service provided by Leo Loves Nutrition. By purchasing this service, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Service Overview

The Dietary Analysis is a one-time service designed to provide insight into your current nutritional intake. This includes analysis of submitted dietary data, identification of potential gaps or imbalances, and personalised recommendations to support your goals. This service is intended to provide clarity on your current diet and does not include ongoing coaching or programme support.

2. Client Responsibility

The accuracy of the analysis depends on the information provided. Clients agree to submit honest and complete dietary data, log food intake as accurately as possible, and include all meals, snacks, and drinks. Incomplete or inaccurate data may affect the quality and accuracy of the analysis.

3. Service Delivery

The dietary analysis will be delivered within 3-5 days once all required information has been received. Delays in submitting required information may result in a delay to delivery.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of this service, all payments are non-refundable once the analysis process has begun. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incomplete data submission, or dissatisfaction outside the scope of the service.

5. Scope of Service

This service provides nutritional analysis and recommendations only. It does not include ongoing coaching or follow-up support, meal-by-meal planning, or real-time messaging or check-ins.

6. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Nutrition guidance provided by Leo Loves Nutrition is for educational and lifestyle purposes only. Clients acknowledge that this service does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, they are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate, and any dietary changes are implemented at their own discretion.

7. Client Data and Information Use

To deliver the Dietary Analysis, Leo Loves Nutrition will collect and process relevant personal data, including dietary intake, lifestyle information, and relevant health or goal-related data. This information is used solely for the purpose of completing the analysis and providing recommendations. All personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of the Dietary Analysis remain the intellectual property of Leo Loves Nutrition. These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Leo Loves Nutrition shall not be held liable for any outcomes resulting from the implementation of nutritional recommendations. All guidance is provided based on the information submitted and is implemented at the client’s own discretion.

10. Cooling-Off Period (UK Consumer Law)

Under UK consumer protection law, clients may have the right to cancel this service within 14 days of purchase where services are purchased remotely. The dietary analysis service will not begin until all required information has been submitted by the client. By submitting their dietary information, the client agrees for the service to begin and acknowledges that their right to cancel may no longer apply once the analysis process has started.

By purchasing this service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this agreement.
